[MITgcm-support] MITgcm viscocity

Hi folks!

I need to reproduce laboratory experiments (internal wave generation) in
MITgcm.

I have a values of dynamic viscosity and kinematic viscosity. How i can
convert this values to viscosity coefficients (Ah, Ar) used in MITgcm?
