[MITgcm-support] ARCHER, cray, mpi and STDOUT

Hi Dan,
Dimitris is right, setting debugMode=.TRUE., (in eedata) will flush the STDOUT unit after
each write. But I would recommend also to set explicitly debugLevel to, e.g., 2,
since debugMode affects the default debugLevel (set to 4 instead of 2).
