[MITgcm-support] How to save output for a small sub-region using the Diagnostics package?

I am running an Arctic configuration based on MITgcm. The model domain covers the whole Arctic Ocean but I only want save output for a small sub-region using the Diagnostics package. Is there any code for doing that?
