[MITgcm-support] How to interpolate eccov4r3 forcing data to regular lat-lon grids ?

Hello, everyone.

I want to use eccov4r3_[dlw/dsw/ustr/vstr/···]_1992 data to rebuild forcing fields for
a regional circulation model,  but I’m not sure how to interpolate to regular lat-lon grids,
has anyone ever dong this ?

All suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance.
