[MITgcm-support] Some problems about SingleCpuIO

Hi Pengyang,

there is no solution to this, mnc does not support the singleCPUio option. You need to combine your files offline. A very good an efficient option is the python-script utils/python/MITgcmutils/scripts/gluemncbig, e.g.

gluemncbig state.*.t???.nc -o state.all.nc
