[MITgcm-support] Can't compile diagnostics_ini_io.F

Hi Jody, 
not sure if this will help but the error message would seem to suggest that DIAGNOSTICS.h, where 
diagMdsDir and diagMdsDirCreate are now defined, may not have been updated accordingly.
