[MITgcm-support] wspeedfile in the pkg/exf

Hi,
   all! I used  EXF bulk formulae to calculate netheat & emp & qsw. I gave the same variables expect for windx & windy in two exps. In addition, I also gave the same wspeed file. So I think 


the outputs of netheat & emp & qsw will be the same because they will use the same wspeed in the bulk formulae. BUT the result is not. The formulae didn't use the wspeed I gave? It still
 
used windx & windy to calculate wspeed?
