[MITgcm-support] Assembling NetCDF Files

Martin,

The short answer is yes; but since I see that a transition to github is 
underway, I suggest that we wait until that is complete, and then I will 
submit a pull request.  I am delighted that this move to github is 
underway--if it hadn't been, I would have been advocating it in this 
very message.
