[MITgcm-support] Ask for boundary conditions (OB[N/E/W/S]hFile)

OBNhFile is for ice thickness, I belieive.
You need to  use OBNetaFile instead.
Make sure you have defined NONLIN_FRSURF in CPP_OPTIONS.h and use
nonlinFreeSurf = 4,
and maybe (if you want to use rStar coordinates).
select_rStar=2,

There have been many posts discussing the usefulness of what you are trying to do, so I suggest you search the support list for these entries.
