[MITgcm-support] code to define basin masks

Hi Samar and Dimitris,

I suggest that you add these very useful functions to the repository (and the 1x1deg map "/home/dimitri/matlab/plotfun/ocean_basin/basin” that is required for “get_basin.m”). I have been creating these masks in a painfully pedestrian way and this is really a great help!
