[MITgcm-support] McPhee turbulent mixing under sea ice

Hi all,
I was looking at the thermodynamics model in pkg/seaice, I found that there
is rather complicated implementation of the McPhee - Stanton
parameterization for mixed layer turbulent fluxes under sea ice. It depends
on ice cover a tapering factor, mixing efficiency etc... can you point me
to a reference where I can find a description of the implemented
formulation?
