[MITgcm-support] cs32 to cs510

Hi all,

Griddata in Matlab is pretty terrible at interpolation from cs32 to 
cs510. Does anyone have any other recommendations for a better 
alternative? I went through the Matlab utils..but it is possible I 
missed something.
