[MITgcm-support] p /= 0 at top of atmosphere model

compile with:

C o Include pressure loading code
#define ATMOSPHERIC_LOADING

in CPP_OPTIONS.h

then read-in atmospheric pressure using, e.g., pkg/exf
for an example look at:
http://mitgcm.org/viewvc/MITgcm/MITgcm_contrib/llc_hires/llc_4320/input/data.exf
