[MITgcm-support] pre-processing software

Dear MITgcm users,

Is there a detailed introduction about pre-processing for MITgcm? For
example, the preparing of grid, bathymetry, forcing, namelist?

The information which I only can find from manual is to contact Adcroft and
Biastoch and SPGrid, But I can find any contact information about Adcroft
and Biastoch.
