[MITgcm-support] problem with mnc_assembly.m and matlab 2015a

Hi Manfredi,

That's definitely the problem. I know that others have modified the code to
use SNCTOOLS and the updated matlab netcdf library, e.g.
http://mitgcm.org/pipermail/mitgcm-support/2012-March/007694.html

Unfortunately the oldest version of matlab I have access to here (2013b)
also has the same issue.
