[MITgcm-support] problem with mnc_assembly.m and matlab 2015a

Hi Sophie,

I remember to have this issue using .nc files.
As far as I remember, I have modified so part of the mnc_assembly.m. But I
can not tell you which modifications I have done.
In case, I join to this mail both rdmnc.m and mnc_assemble.m routines I was
using (I turn now to .meta and .data outputs files. It is a bit less
convenient to look at results, but improves numerical performances).
I tried these routines with MatlLab 2014a version, it run fine for me.
Which version of these routines are you using? Most recent ones (here
<http://mitgcm.org/viewvc/MITgcm/MITgcm/utils/matlab/?pathrev=checkpoint65n>)
may fix this problem.
