For open boundary I have used data from ECCO JPL
For surface forcing 6-hly data has been taken from NCEP/NCAR...
vertically I have divided the ocean into 28 layers in the following pattern

delz= [5*6, 6,8,10,13,17,22,28,35,45,55,70,90,120,150,200,250,350,450,500,600,700*2];

For ur convenience ,the data.obcs (for open boundary) ,data.exf (for
surface forcing) and data file (for model parameters)  has been
attached herewith....please find it and suggest me as appropriate
