Hiya

I've been successfully compiling the MITgcm on ARCHER for a few months but
am now having some problems. ARCHER support are looking into this but I
thought I'd ask on here as well.

The errors are of the following form...

*ggjhtw at eslogin006:~/MITgcm/91Ma_obcs/build> source New_Build_Script.txt >
out*
*netcdf-hdf5parallel/4.3.0(40):ERROR:150: Module
'netcdf-hdf5parallel/4.3.0' conflicts with the currently loaded module(s)
'cray-netcdf/4.3.0'*
*netcdf-hdf5parallel/4.3.0(40):ERROR:102: Tcl command execution failed:
conflict cray-netcdf*

*make[1]: *** [cal_addtime.o] Error 1*
*make: *** [fwd_exe_target] Error 2*

Has anyone else been experiencing this?

Thanks!

Jonny
