[MITgcm-support] Error while using both MPI and MNC packages

Hi,
I am guessing that you did not use the “-mpi” flag with genmake2:

genmake2 -mpi [more options]

so that your program is not compiled with MPI and thus does not now anything about more than 1 cpu.
