[MITgcm-support] runoff in coupled runs

Hello
 
does anyone know how to construct the runoff file (as for example runOff_cs32_3644.bin in MITgcm/verification/cpl_aim+ocn/input_cpl)? 
I need to run a coupled atm/ocean simulation for the jurassic period, thus I need to give this input field… 
Any help is greatly appreciated!
