[MITgcm-support] eeset_parms.f and permissions error

Not sure about your recurring tmp issue, but this SIZE.h doesn't make sense. I'd just do
sNx=32,
sNy=32,
OLx=4,
OLy=4,
nSx=1,
nSy=1,
nPx=1,
nPy=1,
etc...
If you really want multi-core for later, just change nPx and nPy, not nSx and nSy.
