One trick, if you want to avoid computing shelfice potential, is to set
the reference density "rhoConst" to a value that is approximately equal
to the mean density of sea water in the ice shelf cavity.
Then a reasonable value of shelficeLoadAnomaly will be
computed automatically in shelfice_init_fixed.F

Note that this reference pressure is only important for reducing
model initialization shock.  After that there is no difference
to within a time-independent constant.
