[MITgcm-support] problems with specifying optfile

Hi,

Have a look at Sec 3.5 of the manual, but you probably want to add "-opt=../../../tools/build_options/YourMachine" to your "genmake2"

Where YourMachine is modified from one of the files already in that directory.
