[MITgcm-support] Compiling MITgcm on a Cray XE6 (HECToR)

Hi Fanny,

I prefer not to send them to the list for several reasons:  1) the way we run the code is not trivial and requires quite a lot of explaining, 2) they will probably not work for every version of the MITgcm code, choice of packages etc. and 3) compiler and module versions are constantly changing on HECToR and they will go out of date rapidly.

I will get in touch by email and we can discuss.  If you can achieve a robust and simple setup you think is sufficiently general then feel free to post to the list or maybe add to the MITgcm repository:) In the meantime, I'm still happy to share with anyone out there in the MITgcm ether....

options, optfile and scripts to the support list as there might be other
