[MITgcm-support] GM: Skew flux vs Advective form

Hi Lars,
I've just looked at the cvs-history of pkg/layers, and few things
have been fixed since checkpoint MITgcm_63q.
In particular, on Jan 9, 2013, we got the revision 1.5 of file layers_fluxcalc.F
with this comment:

This might answer your 1rst point (divergent overturning).
I also wrote something to the support list yesterday redarging this:
