[MITgcm-support] problems at tile bdys?

Hi Jean-Michel,
Here is mine.
In the meantime I'll work on a more minimal example.
While I use obcs, note that my obcs boundary conditions are basically zero forcing for the first 1200 time steps of the model, so this shouldn't cause a problem. And, of course, the exact same set up works with 64 cores instead of 128.
