[MITgcm-support] setting up ECCO llc90

Hi ,

I am trying to set up the new ECCO model called LLC90 on Pleiades.

I used this command to build the code:

../../tools/genmake2 -mods=../code -of 
../../tools/build_options/linux_amd64_ifort+mpi_ice_nas

I have got this error after doing make :

makedepend: error:  out of space: increase MAXFILES
make: *** [depend] Error 1

then I did :

 > grep - i MAXFILES *.[Fh]

no results, no files where to look

This is what I have got in the build folder following the instructions:

MAKEDEPEND=tools_xmakedepend
dirLlc90="../"
MODS="$dirLlc90/code/"

I think there is something different to be set on the new special 
command of genmake (to deal with a lot of files to compile..)

I hope Gael can teach me something about it to make that fly...

I do not have the notes here with me but even following them it was not 
very clear to me.
