[MITgcm-support] Advection Scheme / MPDATA

There are a few flux limited advection schemes available, e.g. 77, 33,
see pkg/generic_advdiff/GAD.h for a comlete list.

PS. Negative salinities can also occur due to inappropriate forcing.
