[MITgcm-support] mnc_assembly.m

Dear MITgcm developpers,

I think there is an error in the script 'mnc_assembly.m' available in matlab
utils, at line 122 and 123. When calling tbasex and tbasey for exch2
topography, the NETcdf format (at least mine) of this variable is not tbasey
but tBasey. This makes the script scratching.

Is this error relevant for all NETcdf files format or is it just for mine ?
