Hi Ekaterina,

If you look at the tutorial "tutorial_global_oce_latlon":
http://mitgcm.org/public/r2_manual/latest/online_documents/node129.html
you will find all the input files in sub-dir "input"
 ( verification/tutorial_global_oce_latlon/input ).

But in order to save disk space, some input files are not duplicated
for other (non tutorial) experiments such as "global_ocean.90x40x15".
However, there is a small script:
 verification/global_ocean.90x40x15/input/prepare_run
that you need to execute to link the missing files.
