[MITgcm-support] Ice thickness category diagnostics

Hi David,

did you try to keep the mnc output in the working directory ( mnc_use_outdir=.false., but, again, you need to either remove grid.*.nc or use debugLevel=-1). Do you think it is related the mnc_outdir_str? I run models with  mnc_use_outdir=.false., all the time and restarts are not a problem at all.
