[MITgcm-support] No meta files when writing pickup files

Hi,

I notice that the meta files for pickup files are missing. That is,
write_pickup.F only writes pickup.00...000.data but not 
pickup.00...000.meta.
I have the latest version of write_pickup.F already. Does anyone have
the same problem?
