Hi Ariane,

this may have been my fault in adapting main_do_loop.F to work with OpenAD (and no verif for ptracers and obcs to catch this issue).
Am on travel, will check tomorrow.

Is it possible that the obcs and ptracers header files are not called in the right order? The error goes away when I change do_main_loop.F by moving the # ifdef ALLOW_PTRACERS statement (lines 160-164) before # ifdef ALLOW_OBCS (line 87). Does that make sense?
