[MITgcm-support] MPI and NETCDF

Hi all,
Does anyone have an example optfile that uses:
OS: linux
HARDWARE: ppc64
COMPILER: xlf
and allows the use of MPI?

I have successfully compiled and run test experiments without using MPI using
the optfile linux_ppc64_xlf and the compiler was able to find the NETCDF
directories that I specified by setting NETCDF_ROOT to the proper directory.  I
also compiled experiments using MPI (using an optfile modified for the computer
I am running on) that don't require NETCDF.  However, I have an experiment that
requires both NETCDF and MPI and I am unable to get genmake2 to find the NETCDF
directories when I use MPI (using the same libraries, etc that I specified
without using MPI).  Is there something specific that must be specified for
using NETCFD with MPI?

If you have any example optfiles or suggestions, please let me know.
