[MITgcm-support] Problem with parallel build: No. of processes not equal to nPx*nPy-solved!

Dear Martin, Lian, Gus and Jean-Michel, 
 Thank you very much for all your help. You guys are awesome! 
 The problem is solved now, yeah! Run with the command: 
 /usr/lib64/openmpi/bin/mpirun -np 4 ./mitgcmuv 
I was mislead by the manual command earlier: mpirun -np 4 -machinefile mf ./mitgcmuv
