Hi Jody,

Thanks, for the suggestion.
ya, you are right model matrix is 50x100. After correcting the model matrix
and model time step model is running..and model bathy plot is coming as
single tile plot.

But, I have another query that, when I plotted the model 'Depth.meta' and
'Depth.data' file in matlab, depth values are coming after adding 100000.
i.e.
depth output = (depth input + 100000).

The plots of the model bathy (with and without correction)are attached
Bathy1.jpg: depth output -100000
Bathy2.jpg; depth output.

Is the model writes the depth w.r.t. some refrence point?
