[MITgcm-support] Periodic Domain (or not)

You can also set the ALWAYS_PREVENT_X_PERIODICITY & ALWAYS_PREVENT_Y_PERIODICITY flags in CPP_EEOPTIONS.h or set notUsingXPeriodicity=.TRUE. and notUsingYPeriodicity=.TRUE. in eedata.
