[MITgcm-support] SEAICE and THSICE

Hi Karen,

yet another thing, that is not very well documented: you can run both together. Just turn on both packages (use$pkg=.true. in data.pkg) and you'll automatically you the thsice thermodynamics with  the seaice-dynamics.

I'll update the documentation.
