[MITgcm-support] density overturning

Hi Mike,
We have developed a diagnostic package to do this online called  
"layers." You can find the code in pkg/layers and enable it as you  
would any other package.
If you don't want to re-run your simulations, I think David might have  
a matlab code to do it from the output data.
