[MITgcm-support] Optim.x build problems under OS X gfortran, gcc and GotoBLAS2

Chris,

this is most likely an error in one of your parameter input files,
of which there are three:
data.optim
data.ctrl
data.ecco

(you esssentially only have to modify the first, sometimes the second).
