[MITgcm-support] How to run a steady state

 Dear MITgcmers

   I am a new user of MITgcm. I have already run  some of global ocean examples.
    
   Now,I want to run a global model,how to run a steady state or how to get a  steady climate  pattern
before I start my work? 
 
   What I want is to test the stability  of the model .

   I would be grateful for any explanation.
