[MITgcm-support] change of TAF default behavior/version -v1 -v2

Hi there,

in case you are running into problems using TAF,
Fastopt has switched to TAF version 2 as a default today.
This changes some of the way the code needs to be built and compiled.
See
staf -show version2

Our temporary fix is to revert to version 1 via TAF flag "-v1"
(included in latest ad-optfiles files in tools/adjoint_options/
checked into CVS).

A permanent fix compatible with v2 was provided by Fastopt,
but does not work.
