[MITgcm-support] mnc_assembly.m for new matlab netcdf

The matlab script to combine tiles was writen in 2004 version 1.7

The newer MATLAB 2008b and up has netcdf built in. and the support for the older netcdf libraries is still being done but not completely..

Has anyone converted  the mnc_assembly to work with the new MATLAB netcdf libraries?
