[MITgcm-support] Name of the sponge layer

Patrick, thanks for jogging my memory.
The MITgcm sponge layer was developed by Christophe Herbaut but he never published it.
Kate's paper below is the first paper that describes Christophe's scheme and she calls it the "Herbaut formulation".
So you could call it the "Herbaut formulation as described in Zhang and Marotzke [1999]".
