[MITgcm-support] Location of U/V in grid

... and YC is not YU and XC is not XV.
Approximate locations for a curvilinear grid would be
U(i,j) : ((XG(i,j)+XG(i,j+1))/2,(YG(i,j)+YG(i,j+1))/2)
V(i,j) : ((XG(i,j)+XG(i+1,j))/2,(YG(i,j)+YG(i+1,j))/2)
