[MITgcm-support] cvfloat

Hi all,

Attached is an updated version of cvfloat, which converts the per- 
tile float_trajectory files of the FLT package into a single netCDF.  
It works with the current format of the float_trajectory files (as of  
checkpoint61j). Perhaps one of the maintainers of the FLT could check  
it into the CVS.
