[MITgcm-support] #undef nonlinear free surf and nonhydrostatic

Hi all,

Since nonlinear free surface can not be used in nonhydrostatic mode, if 
I specify #undef NONLIN_FRSURF in CPP_OPTIONS.h is this the same as 
specifying nonlinFreeSurf = 0 in data file?
