[MITgcm-support] [MITgcm Manual] section 3.4 Building MITgcm

Hi,

I'm just starting out with MITgcm.  I'm in the genmake2 step and I am  
stuck.  It looks like I need to create an optfile.  Does anyone have  
an optfile for a NAVO computer called babbage?

The details are:

Computer:  babbage.bavo.hpc.mil, an IBM Cluster 1600 system
Architecture: IBM P5+ (Power PC)
OS: AIX b6n1


Just looking around the MITgcm.org website (http://mitgcm.org/testing.html 
) shows that it was tested on an IBM POWER5+ SP called "blueice".   
That optfile would probably be close enough as well, but I can't seem  
to find it on the MITgcm site.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
