And for other ranger users info, I added netcdf libraries:
INCLUDES='-I/opt/apps/pgi7_1/mvapich2/1.0/include -I/opt/apps/pgi7_1/
netcdf/3.6.2/include'
LIBS='-L/opt/apps/pgi7_1/netcdf/3.6.2/lib -lnetcdf'
