[MITgcm-support] Monitor units

Hi Thomas,

Those units are not well documented:
>From the monitor, ke is in m^2/s^2 , 
and since pe_b is for the external mode only, 
it's similar but vertically integrated, so that the units are m^3/s^2 
(assuming you are not using pressure coordinates).
